ด้วยประสบการณ์การทำงานในอุตสาหกรรมไมซ์มากกว่า 14 ปี ในระดับผู้จัดการอาวุโส ด้านการศึกษาและระดับผู้จัดการ ด้านมาตรฐาน ของอุตสาหกรรมไมซ์ ภายใต้สำนักงานส่งเสริมการจัดประชุมและนิทรรศการ (องค์การมหาชน) ซึ่งเป็นหน่วยงานของภาครัฐที่จัดตั้งขึ้นเพื่อส่งเสริม สนับสนุนอุตสาหกรรมไมซ์ (MICE,ย่อมาจาก Meetings, Incentive Travel, Conventions Exhibitions and Events) เพื่ออำนวยความสะดวกและยกระดับมาตรฐานการจัดงาน พร้อมพัฒนาศักยภาพบุคลากรให้สอดคล้องกับบทบาทของไทยที่มีความสำคัญมากขึ้นในฐานะเป็นประเทศที่สามารถเป็นที่จัดการประชุมและนิทรรศการระดับนานาชาติได้อย่างมีศักยภาพ และมุ่งหวังที่จะทำให้ประเทศไทยเป็นศูนย์การจัดงานไมซ์ ระดับโลกในภูมิภาคเอเชีย

Sita is currently Senior Manager in charge of overall planning and strategizing the development in MICE Academy of Thailand’s MICE industry to elevate the country to ASEAN and global standards level. This includes: stakeholders engagement, partnerships and alliances, capability building and training, public engagement, product development, and project governance.
