คุณไพฑรา มีส่วนร่วมในการประชุม/งานระดับนานาชาติมากมาย เข้าสู่อุตสาหกรรมโดยเข้าร่วม Incentive Travel, Convention, Meeting Asia, Future Leader Forum ในปี 2005
ก่อนที่จะทำงานกับบริษัท นีทอีเวนท์แอนด์คอนซัลแทนท์ จำกัด ไพฑราได้ทำงานเป็นอาจารย์สอนในระดับมหาวิทยาลัยทางด้านธุรกิจไมซ์และอีเวนท์ รวมถึงทำงานให้กับสมาคมแพทย์ รายงานโดยตรงกับคณะกรรมการบริหาร ทำให้มีทักษะในการบริหารจัดการงานประชุมและอีเวนท์ที่หลากหลาย เช่น โลจิสติกส์, การสื่อสาร, การเจรจาต่อรอง, การบริหารโครงการ และการบริหารงบประมาณ เป็นต้น รวมถึงทำงานร่วมกับองค์กรต่างชาติมากมาย เช่น ออแกไนเซอร์, สื่อ, บริษัทยา, สมาคม
คุณไพฑรา ได้รับประกาศนียบัตรที่เกี่ยวข้องกับธุรกิจไมซ์และอีเวนท์ เช่น Certified Meeting Professional (CMP), Certified Event Designer (CED), Certified in Exhibition Management (CEM), Digital Event Strategist (DES), Sustainable Events Professional Certificate, Certified Incentive Specialist (CIS), a Certified Trainer for MICE Industry นอกจากนี้ยังถือบัตรผู้ประกาศ (ภาษาไทย) สำนักงานกสทช. อีกด้วย
Paitara has been involved with many International Conferences/ Events, entered the industry by attending The 3rd Asia-Pacific Future Leaders Forum 2005, IMEX-MPI-MCI-IT&CMA. Before working with Neat Event and Consultant Co., Ltd, she was a full-time Lecturer teaching MICE/ hotel/ tourism. She had worked for Medical Association, report directly to Executive Committee, giving her many skills such as Conference/ Events management, event logistics, communication, negotiation, project management, budget management etc. She has experienced working with many international organizations such as Organizers, Media, Pharmaceutical Companies, Associations etc. Paitara has got Certified Meeting Professional (CMP), Certified Event Designer (CED) , Certified in Exhibition Management (CEM), Digital Event Strategist (DES), Sustainable Events Professional Certificate, Certified Incentive Specialist (CIS), a Certified Trainer for MICE Industry and Announcer Certificate issued by Office of The National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission (NBTC).
